Our secure back-up solution remotely accesses, encrypts and downloads your data files at whatever frequency you prefer. (We suggest at least weekly for off-site back-ups). Let the value of your information dictate how often you back-up locally.

Do you have old records that are taking up hard disk space that could be better used. Why have several years worth of records available to prying eyes? Archive them to CD as historical records should not be altered.

As an example, each workstation has say, half applications and half data files. For a 1 gigabyte hard drive that translates to 500 MB of data files that should be archived. Locally you can do that to tape or a smaller format like CD-R.

After setup, we can access your data files through a secure modem or internet connection (if your network is connected to the internet full-time), compress and encrypt your files, then download them to our system where they are available in case of an emergency. With a typical modem connection our example requires 10 hours to archive your data files. If you have a faster connection the time may be dramatically reduced.

We can archive to DVD-R, tape, CD/ROM or CD/RW media. Prices vary depending on security issues, frequency and type of media selected. Rates can be as little as 1 cent a megabyte!
