We post our letter/A4 and 35 mm prices as these are our most common formats. We can scan all media formats and digitize video -- please contact us for pricing based on your specific needs. (All prices listed are in US$ - convert to other currencies).

Remember, the better the original, the better the scan. We DO NOT adjust color, crop or alter your images when doing standard scanning. Color correction and image adjustment is an additional service requiring a great deal more time, effort and expense.

Your images may be saved in any of the following common formats:

• WINDOWS (*.bmp)

File sizes may vary from 40 kb to 100 MB depending on desired use, image size and file format specified.

We can store your images on your choice of media types: DVD-ROM, CD ROM. When we provide the storage media - we charge $2 for DVD-ROM media, $1 for CD/ROM media. We no longer scan to Zip or Jaz cartridges as CD / DVD is much cheaper and more reliable. Prices do not include any applicable taxes or duties of any sort for foreign orders.

Shipping and Handling:
We are not responsible for media lost or damaged while in transit. We encourage you to insure your shipment at whatever value you place on it.

Return shipments of film media will have the same insurance value as shipments sent to us (additional charges may apply) as billed to us by carrier.

Electronic Image Transfer:
Receive your images via e-mail (compressed, maximum quality or as you specify) - at no charge if you do not need digital media, your originals or copy media returned. Just keep in mind your internet connection speed as graphic files get large and cumbersome with slower connections. Refer to above shipping and handling fees if any media is to be returned to you in addition to electronic image transfer.

1-5 Photos - $10 flat rate

6-24 Photos - Slides $5 + $1 / image =or= Prints or Negatives $10 + $1.25 / image

25+ Photos - Slides $5 + $0.50 / image =or= Prints or Negatives $10 + $0.65 / image

Standard photo scans are 72 dpi (dots per inch) JPEG format as this the preferred format for electronic use. Other desired file formats or resolutions must be specified with order.

In addition to the prices above, other resolutions may be provided instead of or in addition to the standard 72 dpi. These higher resolution images produce better printed pictures but they also require more archival disk space and/or longer e-mail transmission times.

Add $0.50 per Photo for 150 dpi or 300 dpi

Add $1 per Photo for High Resolution 600 dpi or 1200 dpi

1-500 pages $0.135 per page =or=

If "archival only" is desired, then PDF format is used. Optical Character Recognition OCR image scanning is done to your desired format. Please specify the File format (i.e. MS Word .doc, AppleWorks .awk, .rtf, Adobe Acrobat .pdf, TIF .tif, etc.) and operating system (Mac, Windows or ISO format) desired.

Minimum order $20. Documents must be unbound and no larger than 8.5" x 14" (US Legal size). Manual feeding or poor condition originals may require more costly manual service. Please contact us for more information.
