We're reviewing our licensing agreements and commission structure right now to ensure the most protection and best proceeds for your work.

Payments and Credits - A report of hits (times an image was served or viewed), downloads and purchases will be emailed after the end of each month. Credits will be posted to your account and any services that you have contracted, (i.e.: image submission, scanning, archival, duplication, advertising, etc.), will be debited to your account. After reconciliation, an invoice or credit memo will be emailed to you. Amounts greater then $30.00 are to be paid monthly. When the amount due is less then $30.00, they are to be paid the following month or, if still less then $30.00, at least quarterly. (This reduces unnecessary postage, banking and administrative costs for all concerned. Contact us if a greater amount or strict time line account reconciliation is required).

International Transactions - In the case of international transactions where currency conversion is required, it is recommended that payments are made only with credit cards to avoid conversion issues and an additional $5.50 US fee for issuance and postage of an IMAGEOZ bank check (note -- all payments are made in US dollars). Credits are also posted to your credit card for credit balances on your account. (Remember -- amounts less then $30.00 are to be paid at least quarterly).
